During the course of her Cranial Osteopathy work Kate Miles, our founder, has become increasingly interested in the mind body connection as she has frequently found that ongoing stresses/underlying traumas have limited recovery in some patients. After extensive post graduate study, under the umbrella of Stress Consultant, Kate can now offer you an approach which combines hands-on treatment with talking therapies and visualisation techniques to restore your physical and emotional balance, potentially allowing more of your health concerns to be addressed.
