RECEPTION:
We are open from 9 am – to at least 5 pm every weekday for appointment bookings plus telephone & email enquiries. Face-to-Face appointments are available for; Structural Osteopathy, Cranial Osteopathy, Sports Therapy plus MSTR Scar Tissue Release, Energy Healing, Talking Therapy and Sanomentology with our Stress Consultant. Kate, our Principal Osteopath and Stress Consultant also offers remote telehealth appointments for: Self-Help Advice, Energy Healing, Talking Therapy and Sanomentology.
OSTEOPATHY:
When you visit an Osteopath for the first time a full case history will be taken and, with your consent, you will be given an examination during which you may be asked to perform a simple series of movement tests. Your Osteopath will then use a highly developed sense of touch, called palpation, to identify any points of weakness or strain in the body. Sometimes additional investigations such as x-rays or blood tests may be required to allow a full diagnosis and suitable treatment plan to be developed for you as an individual, please see the pre-treatment information sheet below for further information including details of our cancellation policy.

New Patients – 60 minute appointment @ £60 with KM, LF & LE
(anyone who hasn’t consulted an RMO Osteopath before/for more than 8 years)
Archived Patients – 45 minute appointment @ £55 with KM, LF & LE
(anyone who hasn’t consulted an RMO Osteopath for two to eight years)
Existing Patients – 30 minute appointment @ £50* with KM, LF & LE
(anyone who has consulted an RMO Osteopath within the last two years)
Existing Paients – 45 minute appointment @ £65* with KM only
(any existing patient who requies an extended appointment)
Existing Patients – 60 minute appointment @ £75* with KM, LF & LE

Where you have seen one of our Osteopaths previously our Sports Therapist, with your consent, will have access to your records, if you are new to us a full case history will be taken and, where relevant, you will be given an examination so that a tailored to you plan of action can be developed, please see the contra-indication information sheet below to decide whether Sports Therapy is right for you.
